Richard Mahaffey began his exposure to the world of real estate from a car seat, and after courses at the Wyatt Institute became the fourth generation family member to join the Jeff Richardson Company.
He is experienced in both residential and commercial sales, and with residential property development.
A native of Simpsonville, Richard now lives in Gray Court, where he enjoys spending time working his micro-farm, growing a variety of vegetables, as well as raising chickens.
