Holly is a native of Greenville and loves helping her clients find just the right spot in her hometown. Working as an exclusive Buyer Agent provides her the opportunity to put all of her energy into the task of guiding her clients through the buying process from start to finish. Prior to her Real Estate career, Holly spent 20 years as a recruiter in the medical device industry where she learned many of the same skills she uses in Real Estate today. She is a really good listener, paying close attention to her client’s needs, which enables her to zero in on the areas and neighborhoods most likely to offer the right type of home and amenities to fulfill those needs. Her strong negotiating skills and problem solving ability enable her to bring deals together quickly and see them through to a smooth closing.
Holly and her husband, Mel have been married for 28 years. They have three grown children of their own but many more they count among their children having served with The Blair Foundation as licensed therapeutic foster parents for the past ten years. Holly is passionate about caring for those who are less fortunate and she and Mel have shared their home with many foster children; some for as little as two weeks and some for as long as two years.
Holly was invited to join The Chet and Beth Smith Group as an exclusive Buyer Agent in 2015 after prior experience working with another team in the Greenville area.
