Native to Greenville, South Carolina, Joey Beeson is a Clemson University graduate who brings a diversified mix of experience to Jeff Richardson Company. He has worked every aspect of the real estate industry representing buyers, sellers, investors, and banks, in both the residential and commercial market.
With a strong background in development, project management, construction, engineering and site design his primary focus is land. Joey understands the complexities of land development and is motivated by the opportunity to positively contribute to the Upstate’s growth by assisting clients with purchasing a site or marketing a parcel of land for sale.
He believes that it is not only his duty to represent his clients to the best of his ability, but also to educate them throughout the process. This can sometimes mean telling clients things they may not want to hear to give them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today’s market. At the same time, his measure of success is exceeding those expectations through hard work and innovation.
Joey has always preferred to be out in the field and you will rarely find him sitting behind a desk for long. After Clemson and prior to receiving his real estate license Joey worked for the National Park Service, which allowed him the opportunity to see new parts of the country and at the same time rarely encounter a desk. Away from work, Joey enjoys anything to do with the outdoors. He and his wife, Christina, are avid hikers, bikers, kayakers, campers and love to travel.
