Hello, my name is Liz Nunnally. I am a member of The Chet and Beth Smith Group.

I am a native South Carolinian. I have been in this area since 1986. I love this area! You have the best of both worlds. You are only thirty minutes away from the mountains and three hours from the coast. Greenville has a wonderful downtown area with culture, entertainment, dinning and shopping. This is a great place to live. I love introducing and reintroducing people to what the Greenville area has to offer. My goal is to find you the perfect house for you to get the most out of Greenville.

As I mentioned earlier, I have been in this area for over 30 years. I graduated from Converse College in Spartanburg with a double major in Finance and Economics. I started immediately with a bank in Spartanburg. I was in banking for twelve years lending money to clients. My last position was in Private Banking. Private Banking is a full service division of the bank for clients with a higher net worth. I have an extensive background in mortgage lending.

I have been married for 28 years and have a daughter (21). My husband has been in mortgage banking for over 25 years. My daughter is in the Nursing program at Clemson University (Go Tigers!). I have been very active in her school from serving on the PTF board, Crusader Club board, Team mom. I also taught pre K for six years there. We are members of the First Presbyterian Church in Greenville. I am active in the ladies’ weekly bible study.
